We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from teamoa.com, you may return the item within 15 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping charges. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Please refer to the Return Instructions on the packing slip when returning your item. The items must be returned in unused/undamaged condition with tags attached and in their original boxes (whenever possible) to ensure credit. If you request a return after the 90-day period, please contact our Customer Service Department. Our return policy does not apply to all Reduced/Sale items. These items are considered final sale and are not returnable.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return. To return items purchased on-line, please follow these steps:
1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging (whenever possible).
2. All items must be returned unused and undamaged in good condition, with tags attached, to ensure credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
3. Cut the return address labels from the bottom portion of the packing slip and attach the label to the outside of the return package.
4. Enclose the top portion of the original packing slip with the item(s). Please make a copy of the packing slip to keep for your records. If you cannot send the original packing slip or a copy, please include your order number, billing name and address with the item(s).
5. Before sending your return shipment, please completely remove or cover the original shipping labels from the outside of the package.
6. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or another insured parcel post for your return. Ship the return package to:

8. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to monitor delivery status and ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.

10. You will be refunded the return shipping cost only if the return is the result of a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Customer Service within 15 days of delivery at 877-747-0719. Please have the order number and item number ready from your original confirmation email, as well as your email address and phone number before calling. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return and will cover all return shipping fees. If you do not contact Customer Service, you are responsible for these return shipping fees. You will also be refunded the purchase price, sales tax and original shipping fees for the returned damaged/defective product. To order a replacement item, you must place a new order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You can either place the new order online at Teamoa.com or call us at 877-747-0719 and we will assist you. If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately at 877-747-0719. Please have your order number available when you call.

It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the item by following the Return Instructions on the packing slip and re-order a new item at Teamoa.com. You may re-order a new item at any time.
